Hello Thursday yet again! We're having fun in the sun on Cute Card Thursday. For my card I used one of my very favourite stamps which was one of the first I ever bought. It's by Creative Expressions and was made for Joanna Sheen. I've coloured it with Promarkers and Copics. The papers are by Crafty Individuals, as is the sentiment. I've used Impression Obsession dies for the shells and then used real shells on top.

Last week the theme on Cute Card Thursday was "Circles", which I completely forgot to blog! This card started out as a kit sent to me by my lovely Stampin' Up demo Natalie O'Shea and it contains all the new "In Colours" for this year. I tweaked the card a bit to suit my needs and the result was this.
This week we are looking for stars on your creations. I made this as a postcard for the UK Stampers Forum monthly postcard swap. It's a very "old school" Magnolia "Tilda" stamp and is coloured with Promarkers. The sentiment is Magnolia also. I used a Prima background paper and inked up the Loast Coast stars before colouring them with Promarkers too. The circles are done by dipping an Adirondack dabber top into the ink pad.

Text only! That was a hard one for me but then I remembered this ancient Crafty Individuals stamp and after selecting this paper from a Wild Rose Studio pad, I matched the Judikins embossing powder (Jasper) and the rest just followed.

Well, I have been living under the blatantly obvious delusionary state that Mr Blogger has actually been publishing all my Cute Card Thursday scheduled posts. That'll teach me!! I thought it had been quiet on the old blog front (well, a bit more quiet than usual).
Here's the cards. Naughty Mr Blogger!!

I totally forgot Thursday last week and here we are on a Saturday and I've just remembered again. Sorry - bad blogger!! This week it's all about the girls on Cute Card Thursday. The Design Team really have come up with some beautiful cards for inspiration and one lucky entrant will win a stamp donated by our fabby sponsor Whiff of Joy.
One of my friends had a beautiful baby girl last week so I had a great "girly" reason to make something for this week's challenge! I've used Stampin' Up card with Spellbinders dies and the flower roses are from Webster's Pages. The sentiment is from Poppicrafts. I know I say it every time but I still miss that shop! The gorgeous sleeping baby is a Sugar Nellie stamp and I've coloured with Copics/Promarkers and finished the cloud with Glamour Dust. The wall hanging was a wood cut from Calico Crafts and I used K&Co paper with flowers from Orchid Crafts coloured with Promarkers. I cut the name on my Slice, coloured the card with a Promarker to match and used a Waco pearl pen to highlight the letters. Hope you like my little project.

Happy Thursday! It's Springtime this week on Cute Card Thursday and we have a great prize from our sponsor Inspired by Stamping so pop on over and have a look.
My card was made using Stampin' Up cardstock, K & Co paper and sentiment and a Penny Black image. I've coloured the stamp with Polychromos pencils and used the Stampin' Up spritzer tool with a Promarker to make the background. The sentiment is Hero Arts. The lovely daisy trim is from our local Craft Shop in Moffat, Crazy Daisy.

Get clever with your cutting this week over on the Cute Card Thursday challenge blog. I have interpreted this by using dies.
The background came from Simply Homemade magazine and I've used a custom die of a dancing couple I bought off e-bay ages ago and have been desperate to use! The notes and stars are all cut out using dies and the sentiment is one I've had forever and didn't write on the back of the stamp what manufacturer it was!
