UK Stampers Postcard Swap - Numbers
This month on UK Stampers Forum the theme for the postcard swap was "numbers".
I used Distress Inks to make the background and then over-stamped the numbers. The Zettiology image and sentiment were coloured with Promarkers and I used some dome accents to pick out a few numbers.

CCT#199 - Having a Laugh
Gosh it's been a long time since I made a card for Cute Card Thursday and we have a fabby theme this week - to include something comical on your creation. January can be a right dreich month so it's good to have a little cheer-up! {ETA - I just realised it is WEDNESDAY lol!!!}
The sentiment and image are by Art Impressions and I have coloured with Promarkers. Card is SU and paper is MME Bloom & Grow - which I really have to say is STILL my favourite papers collection ever!!

Gothic Arches - New Beginnings
Happy new year and lots of best wishes for the coming year. I am recovering nicely now from my operation at the beginning of December and we had the most amazing holiday to Egypt at the beginning of November (seems like a bazillion years ago now though!!).
Exciting news for me - Effie and myself have been given very kind permission from the lovely Nancy Maxwell-James to look after the wonderful Gothic Arches challenge blog. Nancy has been very busy with personal and professional commitments and the blog had been on hiatus for a while.
We have set the first bi-weekly challenge as "New Beginnings" and I so hope that you will join in with us - I have always found this challenge lends a real creative freedom and is extremely enjoyable.
I have created my Arch using Distress Stains, a Karantha Designs stamp and a phoenix image from Google Images. A few gems, a feather and lots of glitter glue finish it off.
