I'm not well - AGAIN!
Well having that throat infection has opened me up for all the little germs to come and have a party in my body. I have a "virus" that's going around. Cough, cough, cough, cough and feel wiped out. In bed most of the time and feel dreadful. It's not fair!!

oh you poor dear - get mega doses of Echinacea into you for at least a month. I was like that after having 3 colds on the trot in October, and even though I did get the fluey one just before Christmas I think it helped as I wasn't as bad as some folks. Hopefully your DH will be around to look after you now? hugs, annie x

Oh Lynn, i am so sorry to hear that you are poorly again. I hope you feel much better soon. Get plenty of rest hun, and i always find hot chocolate and cream sorts most things! hugs Linda x
