I have used BoBunny papers and Stampin' Up card with this lovely All Dressed Up Image. She's been coloured with Copics and Promarkers and I've used one of the new Stampin' Up puffy paper embellishments as one of the balloons. The heart punch is also Stampin' Up and the sentiment is a rub-on from Karen Foster.
